Because HTML is a document format while JPG is picture, there's some ambiguity therd. But we all understood it as reproduce the rendering of the former as a pictorial format of the latter. If what you want to do is entire page beyond scrolling then I have to junction the desired formats with PDF.

The most straightforward way is to open the HTML file in a browser, switch the browser to fullscreen, scroll to the appropriate place, then hit the PrintSrc button on your keyboard to take a screenshot.

Now paste that into Paint (Ctrl+V) or Photoshop (Ctrl+N, Ctrl+V), optionally crop it, then save it as JPEG.

Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and press Preferences button. Use the Open dialog to select "Web page to PDF.xml" and click Open. Select JPEG image on the File Format tab and click OK to close the Universal Document Converter Properties window. Press Print button to start conversion.
