Yes, a plant flowering in Mumbai can be pollinated by pollen grains of the same species of flower growing in New Delhi. This can be done by preserving the pollen grains and bringing them from New Delhi to Mumbai. Now, with the help of artificial hybridisation techniques, the pollen grains are dusted over the pistil to complete the process of pollination.
